Contract Interpreters — U.S.-Based — All Languages and ASL

DNZ Language Services LLC is a Sacramento-based, woman-owned small business providing interpretation and translation to healthcare providers, government agencies, schools and courts. We are expanding our U.S.-based interpreter network and invite qualified interpreters in all languages to join our roster.

Spoken Language Interpreters — all languages welcome

We are accepting applications from U.S.-based interpreters in any language, including but not limited to: Arabic, Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian, Tagalog, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, Hmong, Khmer, Lao, Mien, Armenian, Ukrainian, Farsi, Dari, Pashto, Urdu, Hindi, Somali, Amharic, Tigrinya, Swahili, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, Thai, Burmese and Bengali.

If your language is not listed, please apply anyway — we are building coverage across all languages.

• Experience in medical, mental health, immigration, legal or educational settings preferred

• Certification (CCHI, NBCMI, state court certification, or equivalent) a strong plus

• On-site availability in the Sacramento region and/or remote VRI and OPI

American Sign Language Interpreters

• RID certification (NIC, CI/CT, CSC) or BEI certification required

• SC:L welcome — we anticipate legal and court assignments

• Experience in medical, legal, educational or government settings

• On-site availability in the Sacramento region and/or VRI remotely

• Team interpreting provided for assignments that require it

Requirements for all interpreters

• Authorized to work in the United States and currently residing in the U.S.

• Minimum two years of professional interpreting experience

• Professional references

• Ability to pass a background check where required by the client

• Reliable equipment and connection for remote assignments
